News from Quebec

Si vous êtes interessés et disponible, contacter Pierre: quebecsubbuteo@yahoo.ca Pierre Chastenais tries to organise a table football tournament in Montreal on saturday january 30th 2010, and if potential participants are able to make the trip and play in one of the rare canadian events (Canada is, a very big country, and it isn't everyone who can travel) there will be one! Pierre will handle the organisation, but will need a referee-in-chief who knows the rules of FISTF inside out. The event would be open to players living on the east coast of the USA. If you are interested and can attend, contact Pierre: quebecsubbuteo@yahoo.ca

A new start for subbuteo in Canada

The last few weeks have seen a difficult time for the canadian table football association. Mark Meihuizen has decided to resign as president and therefore the association is looking for a new organizer. The Federation of International Sports Table Football (FISTF) has decided to take over the position of organizer till a new person is appointed. There are already some contacts made with several people but we hope that there will be solutons found in te next few days.
